Therapies for Body & Mind
At Dr. Hans Clinics, Ebru plays a vital role in bridging aesthetic and functional health — offering therapies that not only restore movement and relieve pain, but also help patients regain confidence in their bodies.

Ebru Sevindik is a physiotherapist trained in both physical rehabilitation and sport psychology, with a clinical focus on long-term recovery from musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation from Istanbul University – Cerrahpaşa and a Master’s in Sport Psychology from the University of East London. This dual background gives her a clear advantage in treating not just the physical symptoms of pain, but also understanding the behavioural and psychological patterns that affect recovery.
Chronic pain syndromes and postural dysfunction
Sports injury rehabilitation and reconditioning
Post-operative recovery after orthopaedic surgery
Pelvic floor therapy and women’s health physiotherapy
Neurological rehab for stroke, Parkinson’s, and MS
Ebru integrates therapies such as joint mobilisation, dry cupping (not hijama), Gua Sha, trigger point release, myofascial techniques, electrotherapy, and kinesiology taping, all backed by clinical reasoning — not trends or fads.
Her sessions are structured but flexible: she doesn’t follow templated protocols, nor does she overpromise. Patients often come to her after seeing multiple practitioners with little progress, and what sets her apart is her ability to listen, explain clearly, and create a treatment plan that actually makes sense — both physically and practically.
She’s especially mindful of helping patients who’ve been dismissed, told “it’s all in your head,” or overwhelmed with vague advice. In her care, patients feel seen, understood, and guided — not just treated.
