All course bookings require payment in full at the time of booking to secure a place.

Delegate Cancellation

More than 28 days before the course date

* Full refund less a £50 administrative fee.

14 to 28 days before the course date

* 50% refund of the course fee.

Less than 14 days before the course date

* No refund will be issued.

Less than 7 days before the course date

* No refund will be issued.
* Course fees cannot be transferred to an alternative date.

Transfer Requests

A delegate may request to transfer to another available course date if the request is made more than 14 days before the scheduled course date.

Transfers are subject to availability and are granted at the sole discretion of Dr Hans Academy.

Only one transfer will be permitted per booking.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a course, regardless of reason, will be treated as a cancellation.

No refund, credit, or transfer will be provided for non-attendance.

Late Arrival

Delegates arriving late may be refused entry if the missed content is considered essential for safe participation.

No refund or transfer will be provided in such circumstances.

Academy Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Dr Hans Academy cancels a course, delegates will be offered either:

* A full refund of fees paid; or
* Transfer to an alternative course date.

Dr Hans Academy shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or other consequential costs incurred by delegates.
Transfer Requests

One transfer permitted if:

* Requested more than 14 days before course date.
* Alternative date available.

Transfer valid for 6 months.

Academy Cancellation

If Dr Hans Academy cancels:

* Full refund of fees paid.
* Alternative date offered.

Academy not liable for:

* Flights
* Hotels
* Loss of earnings
* Travel expenses
* Childcare costs
