Downtime

Minimal

Deep static lines form when dermal elasticity declines and underlying support structures weaken with age.

At Dr Hans Clinics, deep-line filler treatments are performed to restore the architecture of the skin and underlying fat compartments, not to overinflate the face.

Our technique focuses on re-establishing ligament-based support and soft-tissue volume where structural loss has occurred.

Only Neauvia, Vivacy, Belotero, Juvederm and Revanesse – selected for density, rheology, and safety profile.

Every procedure is preceded by a detailed consultation and prescriber approval to ensure treatment suitability and anatomical precision.

HOW DEEP LINE FILLER WORKS

With age, collagen degradation and fat atrophy reduce dermal thickness and facial projection, resulting in visible creases such as nasogenian, chin, or midface folds.
By injecting cross-linked HA into strategic deep compartments, the skin is lifted and re-supported from beneath.

Mechanism:

Deep injection redistributes tension to facial retaining ligaments, reducing surface folding.
HA acts as a soft-tissue scaffold, improving mechanical support and hydration.
The filler’s viscosity and elasticity determine lift and longevity.
Onset: Immediate
Peak : 2 Months
Duration: Most fillers last 9 - 18 months, depending on the product and treatment area, as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. However, in practice, some filler volume may remain and continue to provide subtle effects for several years.

WHY PATIENTS CHOOSE DR HANS CLINICS

Anatomical mapping of deep retaining ligaments and fat compartments before injection.
Conservative dosing with high G′ HA products for structural reinforcement.
Treatments performed by medically qualified injectors with reconstructive experience.
Focus on facial proportion and longevity rather than temporary correction.

EVIDENCE & SAFETY

Peer-reviewed data supports hyaluronic acid as an effective scaffold material for facial structural restoration (Aesth Plast Surg 2021; J Clin Aesthet Dermatol 2020).
Common temporary effects include mild swelling or tenderness resolving within 48 hours.
Rare risks - including vascular occlusion or asymmetry - are mitigated through aspiration, cannula use, and immediate access to reversal agents.
Contra-indications: Pregnancy, recent surgery, infection, or known hypersensitivity to HA products.

TREATMENT PLAN & TECHNIQUE

Consultation: Facial analysis, ligament mapping, and volumetric plan.
Technique:

  1. Deep bolus placement in structural compartments (malar, pyriform, pre-jowl).
  2.
  3. Linear threading for contour continuity.
  4.
  5. Cannula or needle selected based on depth and area.
Anaesthesia: Topical or local as required.
Treatment Duration : 30 - 45 minutes including assessment
Review : 2 weeks to assess balance and integration.

FAQ's

What is PRF EZ Gel?

PRF EZ Gel is an injectable treatment made from your own blood, plasma component. A small blood sample is taken, processed, and prepared into a soft gel-like material by heating and then cooling the plasma that can be used to support skin quality, soften fine lines, and improve mild hollowing or crepiness in selected areas. The Plasma contains albumin a protein, that when heated and cooled turns into a gel.

PRF EZ Gel is commonly used for under-eye hollows, crepey under-eye skin, fine lines, mild facial volume loss, neck lines, décolletage, hands, and general skin quality improvement. It is best suited for subtle, natural-looking improvement rather than dramatic reshaping.

No. Dermal filler is usually made from hyaluronic acid and is designed to create volume, contour, and structure. PRF EZ Gel is made from your own blood and works more gently. It may provide soft tissue support, but it is not a direct replacement for filler.

Before booking PRF EZ Gel for my under eyes, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Dr Hans took time to go through all of them properly and did not rush the consultation. She explained the treatment in a balanced way and set realistic expectations. The procedure itself was more comfortable than I imagined and the result looks very natural. My face looks more rested rather than noticeably treated, which was important to me.

I had a great experience with Dr. Hans. I wanted to do Ez gel under my eyes. She listened to my concerns and took her time to explain why it wouldn’t be suitable treatment for me. Instead we agreed to tighten my skin with Tixel - I had 3 sessions, very happy with the results.

Absolutely the most knowledgeable and kindest doctor I’ve met. I’ve had injectables and PRF and soon tixel with her. She makes you feel so comfortable and confident. She will also say no and not just try to sell which is so important. She truly wants to improve the life of others which isn’t the case throughout the aesthetic industry (a lot of people try to exploit insecurities) and I used to work in it so I know! Thank you so much
