A Patient Guide for Your Consultation & Treatment

DR HANS CLINICS - BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Welcome

Thank you for choosing Dr Hans Clinics.
Whether you’re visiting us for a consultation, skin analysis or treatment, we’re delighted to welcome you.
Many patients arrive unsure whether they need skincare, a device, an injectable treatment or no treatment at all.
That’s completely normal.
Our consultations are designed to educate, explore your concerns and help you make informed decisions based on evidence rather than trends.
There is never any obligation to proceed with treatment.

Welcome to the DHC Patient Clan

When you become a patient at Dr Hans Clinics, you become part of our DHC Patient Clan.

Our philosophy is simple.
✓ Education before treatment
✓ Evidence before marketing
✓ Natural results before trends
✓ Honest advice before sales
✓ Long-term relationships instead of quick fixes

Sometimes the best recommendation is treatment.
Sometimes it is skincare.
Sometimes it is simply waiting.
All of these are successful consultations.

Before Your First Appointment

Please complete our confidential medical questionnaire

Mandatory for all new patients
https://questionnaire.prepaere.com/dr-hans-clinic-l4OVXUPdQn6iSaBsHZOecQ?v=c

FAQ'S

Do I need to know what treatment I want?

No. Many patients come for advice only.

Often yes, if appropriate and if you wish to proceed.

Absolutely.

Never.

Usually yes. But you need to let us know in advance

Where possible, we recommend arranging childcare so you can fully relax and focus on your consultation as a clinic with needles and lasers is not a safe environment for a child as well.

Thank You
