Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, consultations, and treatments at Dr Hans Clinics. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Deposits
● A £50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
● Deposits are redeemable against your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
● Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lateness
● 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
● If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, your £50 deposit will be forfeited.
● If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your
appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
● Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
● Recurring customers will incur a £50 fee on their next session to compensate for short notice (incase deposit not paid for the session).
3. Packages & Courses
● Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
● Packages do not expire – you may complete your sessions at your own pace.
● However, missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice will result in that session being deducted from your package.
4. Refunds
● Refunds are not available for completed treatments, services, or partially used packages.
● In the rare event that a treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable at consultation, we may refund or credit your deposit at our discretion.
● If medical conditions arise that prevent you from completing a course, supporting documentation may be required before consideration of credit or transfer.
5. Consultations & Suitability
● A full consultation and medical history are required prior to most treatments.
● Treatments will only be carried out if deemed clinically appropriate and safe.
● We reserve the right to decline or adapt treatment based on professional judgement.
6. Payments
● The balance of your treatment is due on the day of your appointment.
● We accept debit/credit cards and cash. We do not accept cheques.
● Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Prices may be updated periodically.
7. Results & Liability
● While we use evidence-based treatments and advanced medical devices, results vary by individual. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
● All treatments carry risks, which will be explained during your consultation and outlined in your consent form.
● You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may affect your results and limit our liability.
● We accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Photography & Records
● Clinical photographs may be taken for your medical record and treatment monitoring.
● Photographs will only be used for marketing with your separate written consent.
● All patient data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
9. Intellectual Property
● All text, images, designs, and logos on the Dr Hans Clinics website and materials remain our intellectual property.
● They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
