CANCELLATION Policy

At Dr Hans Clinics, we aim to process orders quickly and efficiently to ensure timely delivery. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order placed on drhansclinics.co.uk may be cancelled, and the limitations that apply once an order enters processing or dispatch.

This policy should be read alongside our Shipping Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

Due to the nature of our products and our fast dispatch timelines, cancellation requests are time‑sensitive and not guaranteed.

  • The order has not entered packing or fulfilment

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.


3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has:

  • Entered processing
  • Been prepared for dispatch
  • Been handed over to Royal Mail

It cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Orders prepared outside normal business hours
  • High‑volume or promotional periods
  • Expedited fulfilment due to stock availability

4. Cancellation After Dispatch

4.1 No Post‑Dispatch Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible
  • The order is treated as a completed shipment

Customers must instead refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy, which may or may not permit a return depending on the product type.


4.2 Refusal of Delivery

Refusing delivery does not constitute a cancellation.

If an order is returned to us due to refusal:

  • Original shipping costs may be deducted
  • Return eligibility will be assessed in accordance with our Returns Policy
  • A refund is not automatic

5. Clinical, Medical & Hygiene‑Sensitive Products

Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory considerations:

  • Many products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
  • Products prepared in sealed or controlled environments are excluded from cancellation once packaged
  • This applies even if dispatch has not yet occurred

  • Automated repeat orders

Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing or processing date.
Failure to cancel in time may result in fulfilment of the next cycle’s order.


7. Effect of Cancellation on Payments
