Cheek volume loss is one of the earliest signs of facial ageing. The midface plays a central role in contour, proportion, and youthful projection.

At Dr Hans Clinics, cheek and midface enhancement focuses on rebuilding structure – not overfilling.

Our treatments use Neauvia, Vivacy, Belotero, Juvederm and Revanesse, chosen based on viscosity, cohesivity, and tissue integration profile.
All products are medical-grade and clinician-only devices, administered after full consultation and medical assessment.

HOW CHEEK FILLER WORKS

The midface loses both bone and deep fat support over time, leading to flattening and shadowing.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers restore these structural layers by attracting and retaining moisture, improving lift and light reflection.

Mechanism:

Injection into the deep medial fat pad and zygomatic arch provides projection and soft-tissue support.
HA cross-linking allows gradual integration into surrounding tissue, maintaining natural movement.
Lift effect results from restoration of ligament anchorage points and contour continuity between cheek and lower lid.
Onset: Immediate
Peak: 1- 2 Weeks
Duration: 9 - 18 months

FAQ's

What is PRF EZ Gel?

PRF EZ Gel is an injectable treatment made from your own blood, plasma component. A small blood sample is taken, processed, and prepared into a soft gel-like material by heating and then cooling the plasma that can be used to support skin quality, soften fine lines, and improve mild hollowing or crepiness in selected areas. The Plasma contains albumin a protein, that when heated and cooled turns into a gel.

PRF EZ Gel is commonly used for under-eye hollows, crepey under-eye skin, fine lines, mild facial volume loss, neck lines, décolletage, hands, and general skin quality improvement. It is best suited for subtle, natural-looking improvement rather than dramatic reshaping.

No. Dermal filler is usually made from hyaluronic acid and is designed to create volume, contour, and structure. PRF EZ Gel is made from your own blood and works more gently. It may provide soft tissue support, but it is not a direct replacement for filler.
